Sakiwin (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) is an online gaming and betting platform where users are offered online betting and gaming services.

Company Brand

The Company Brand refers to the trademarks, designs, names, logos, and other identifying elements that distinguish Sakiwin from other operators.

For the purposes of this Affiliate Program, the primary brand is “Sakiwin.”

Website or Resource of the Company

The Company website or resource refers to one or more websites, domains, or applications operated by Sakiwin that contain the Company Brand in full or in part.

Company Products

Company Products refer to any gaming, betting, casino, sportsbook, promotional, or related services provided by Sakiwin.

Affiliate Program

The Affiliate Program is a cooperation arrangement between Sakiwin and the Affiliate through which the Affiliate promotes the Company’s services using its own resources and receives commission-based remuneration.

Affiliate

An Affiliate is an individual or legal entity participating in the Affiliate Program with the purpose of attracting new users to Sakiwin and promoting the Company’s products.

Affiliate Account

An Affiliate Account is the personal account assigned to the Affiliate within the Affiliate Program.

New Users

New Users are individuals who:

• Have not previously registered an account with Sakiwin;
• Registered through the Affiliate’s referral link;
• Successfully completed registration;
• Made a qualifying first deposit.

Referral Link

A Referral Link is a unique tracking link assigned to an Affiliate for the purpose of identifying referred users.

Earnings

Earnings are commission payments earned by the Affiliate based on qualified activity generated by referred users.

Payment

A Payment is the transfer of Affiliate earnings from the Affiliate Program account to the Affiliate through an approved payment system.

Reporting Period

A Reporting Period is the designated time period used to measure Affiliate performance and commission calculations.

Advertising Materials

Advertising Materials include text, banners, graphics, videos, creatives, promotional content, and other materials used to advertise Sakiwin services.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AGREEMENT

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1

The Affiliate agrees to review and accept these Terms and Conditions before participating in the Affiliate Program.

1.2

Only individuals aged 18 years or older, or the legal age in their jurisdiction, may participate in the Affiliate Program.

Sakiwin shall not be liable for any violation of age restrictions by the Affiliate.

1.3

The Affiliate is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of login credentials and account information.

Sakiwin shall not be responsible for any unauthorized access caused by negligence of the Affiliate.

1.4

Sakiwin reserves the right to reject or terminate cooperation with any Affiliate at its sole discretion without providing justification.

1.5

Sakiwin reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Agreement at any time.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on the Affiliate Program website.

Continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

1.6

An Affiliate may only register one Affiliate Account.

Multiple registrations, duplicate accounts, or sub-affiliate abuse are strictly prohibited.

2. PLACEMENT OF ADVERTISING MATERIALS

2.1

Affiliates may promote Sakiwin by placing approved Advertising Materials on their websites, applications, social media platforms, or other digital resources.

2.2

The Affiliate agrees to comply with:

• Applicable laws and regulations;
• Advertising standards;
• Responsible gaming requirements;
• Regulatory restrictions in targeted jurisdictions.

2.3

If the Affiliate creates custom promotional materials, such materials must be reviewed and approved by Sakiwin before publication.

2.4

The Affiliate agrees to maintain accurate and updated promotional information.

Outdated or misleading promotional content includes:

• Incorrect bonus information;
• Expired promotions;
• Unauthorized branding;
• Misleading claims;
• Links to competitor websites.

2.5

The Affiliate bears sole responsibility for all content published on its resources.

2.6

The Affiliate shall not publish any content that is:

• Illegal;
• Fraudulent;
• Defamatory;
• Discriminatory;
• Violent;
• Offensive;
• Misleading;
• Harmful to Sakiwin’s reputation.

2.7

Promotion of Sakiwin is prohibited in jurisdictions where online gambling advertising is restricted or prohibited.

2.8

Motivated traffic, fraudulent traffic, bot traffic, incentivized registrations, or artificial activity are strictly prohibited.

2.9

Sakiwin reserves the right to suspend commissions, restrict accounts, or terminate cooperation if violations are detected.

3. TRAFFIC SOURCES

3.1

The Affiliate must provide accurate information regarding traffic sources used to promote Sakiwin.

3.2

Concealment or misrepresentation of traffic sources may result in:

• Commission suspension;
• Account review;
• Termination from the Affiliate Program.

3.3

Sakiwin reserves the right to review and monitor Affiliate traffic quality and compliance.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RESTRICTIONS

4.1

The Affiliate may not copy or imitate Sakiwin websites, landing pages, branding, or designs.

4.2

Use of Sakiwin logos, trademarks, or marketing assets without authorization is prohibited.

4.3

The Affiliate may not register domains, applications, or social media accounts containing or resembling the Sakiwin brand.

4.4

The Affiliate is prohibited from:

• Bidding on branded keywords;
• Using Sakiwin trademarks in paid search campaigns;
• Creating misleading social media pages;
• Misrepresenting affiliation with Sakiwin.

4.5

Violation of intellectual property rules may result in account termination and forfeiture of commissions.

5. COMPETITION AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

5.1

The Affiliate may not impersonate Sakiwin representatives, employees, or support staff.

5.2

The Affiliate shall not engage in unfair competition against Sakiwin.

5.3

The following promotional methods are prohibited:

• Spam marketing;
• Brand bidding without authorization;
• Clickunder/popunder advertising;
• Forced redirects;
• Cookie stuffing.

5.4

The Affiliate may not offer unauthorized incentives for registrations or deposits without written approval.

5.5

Self-referrals and fraudulent account creation are prohibited.

5.6

Manipulative attribution methods or hidden tracking scripts are prohibited.

5.7

Violation of these rules may result in account closure and loss of unpaid commissions.

6. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

6.1

Affiliates may receive confidential information related to Sakiwin operations, commission structures, marketing data, and business processes.

6.2

The Affiliate agrees not to disclose confidential information to third parties without written consent.

Confidentiality obligations remain valid after termination of cooperation.

Sakiwin reserves the right to review commission conditions if the Affiliate fails to maintain minimum activity or quality standards.

Affiliate payments are processed according to the agreed payment schedule and minimum withdrawal requirements.

Sakiwin reserves the right to delay payments for:

• Fraud investigations;
• Technical issues;
• Compliance reviews.

Sakiwin maintains sole authority regarding commission calculations and reporting.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The Affiliate may contact Affiliate Support regarding disputes or concerns.

All complaints must be submitted in writing through official communication channels.

Sakiwin reserves the right to reject complaints lacking supporting evidence.

Complaint review periods may take up to 14 business days.

9.5

Final decisions made by Sakiwin regarding Affiliate Program disputes shall be considered final.

Sakiwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate cooperation with Affiliates engaging in abusive, threatening, defamatory, or fraudulent conduct.

10. ANTI-FRAUD AND AML COMPLIANCE

Sakiwin maintains strict Anti-Fraud and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies.

The Company reserves the right to:

• Review Affiliate activity;
• Verify traffic sources;
• Investigate suspicious transactions;
• Suspend accounts involved in fraud, money laundering, or illegal activities.

Affiliates agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to AML, fraud prevention, and responsible advertising.

11. TERMINATION

Sakiwin reserves the right to terminate cooperation with any Affiliate at any time if:

Upon termination, unpaid commissions associated with violations may be withheld.

12. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By registering and participating in the Sakiwin Affiliate Program, the Affiliate confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

This Agreement became effective in 2026 and applies to all Affiliates participating in the Sakiwin Affiliate Program.
